"To Duel the Master." - 9 pages. "Gotterdammerung." - 20 pages. Paul Kirk, the original Manhunter, died in 1946. In 1974, a group know as The Council have cloned Kirk. Many times. These clones are the enforcement division tasked with helping The Council save humanity "from itself." When it becomes clear The Council is only out for themselves, the leader of the clones adopts the guise of Manhunter to stop them. To do so hell need help. First from Interpol agent Christine St. Clair, then martial arts master Asano Nitobe, and finally, The Batman.
